Myrtle Corbin

In 1888 a baby girl was born using dipygus, a congenital deformity, due to which she had two individual pelvises, situated side by side, along with an additional set of legs. Near her outer thighs were her smaller internal thighs. Myrtle could readily move the inner thighs because she did her outside ones, however she couldn’t walk together. Despite some health care issues Myrtle gave birth to a son and four brothers. She died at age 60 at 1928.
